What We Collect

In the ordinary course of business, we collect, retain, and use personally identifiable information about you in order to provide the highest level of service. This personal information (e.g., Social Security numbers, assets, and income) may be collected from several sources and includes information we receive from you on applications and other forms as well as information about your transactions with us.

What We Disclose

We do not sell, nor do we disclose, any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except to those nonaffiliated third parties to whom we have contracted in the normal course of business or as permitted by law. In accordance with Section 248.13 of Regulation S-P, we may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to certain nonaffiliated third parties such as attorneys, accountants, auditors, and persons or entities that are assessing our compliance with industry standards. We enter into contractual agreements with all nonaffiliated third parties that prohibit such third parties from disclosing or using the information other than to carry out the purposes for which we disclose the information. An example of this would be a custodian with whom we have contracted to provide back-office support.

Confidentiality and Security

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide financial products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Definitions

Customer: An individual, or consumer, who has a continuing relationship with a financial institution

Nonpublic personal information: Personally identifiable financial information about our customers that is not publicly available and that we collect in connection with providing a service to them

Affiliate: A company that we might own or control; a company that owns or controls us

Nonaffiliated third party: A company that is not an affiliate
